MY STORY

Growing up in the North-East of Scotland I was brought up on hearty, home-cooked meals meaning I found my passion for cooking fairly quickly. I enjoyed baking cakes for my friends or making dinner for my family and even got my first job at 16, peeling potatoes and preparing salads, at my local pub restaurant. Cooking for other people and sharing moments around the table was something I really connected with.

Adopting a plant-based diet, when I was around 25, allowed me to really connect to cooking in a whole new way that felt a lot more meaningful than going down the more traditional route of becoming a professional chef. Through exploration and experimentation, I have discovered that plant-based cuisine is a skill and art in itself and I have had the privilege of sharing this cuisine with many curious beings over the years.

I now see my work in the kitchen as part of my own yoga practice, as this is my service to others and the way I can express my love and compassion. My desire to share this style of cooking has led me to work with beautiful people and clients around the world and keeps me creative and excited about what I do.
